Heel spur

Heel spur is often the result of overpressure, causing an infection in this fascia (the place on the bone where the tendon is attached). When heel spur occurs, a sharp pain spreads under the heel. Because the heel is one of the pressure points during walking on normal shoes, pain is experienced with every step you take.

MBT’s solution is a shoe which moves the pressure from the heel and forefoot to the middle of the foot, because in MBT shoes, the foot takes its natural hollowed shape, thus relieving the heel.
